Wendy’s Rhubarb Cake

Makes 1 – 9 x 13 Cake

1 package yellow cake mix (use dry)

4 cups rhubarb, chopped

1 (3 oz) package raspberry flavored Jell-o Mix

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line the bottom of one ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan with diced rhubarb.  Sprinkle the sugar over the rhubarb.  Sprinkle raspberry jello over the sugar.  Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the jello.  Melt butter and pour over the cake mix.  Pour water over the top of the cake.  Bake for 45 minutes.
